Privacy & confidential file handling

How PartVerity handles website measurement, manufacturing RFQ data and optional technical files.

Last updated: 17 July 2026

Purpose

PartVerity uses RFQ information and technical files to assess manufacturing requirements, coordinate quotation activity, manage supplier and project review, and maintain the resulting business record.

Privacy-conscious website measurement

PartVerity uses Umami without tracking cookies to measure page use, bounded RFQ-funnel events, campaign identifiers and grouped Core Web Vitals ranges. Form-field content, contact details and file content are not sent through this measurement. Browser Do Not Track is respected and admin routes are excluded.

Technical files

Optional CAD and drawing files are stored in managed object storage. The database stores a controlled file reference and metadata rather than the file bytes.

Access

Access is limited to authorised PartVerity/Kopintra personnel and, where required for the RFQ, selected manufacturing or inspection partners subject to the project context.

Retention and rights

Records are retained according to legitimate business, contractual and legal needs. Business contacts may request access, correction or deletion where applicable through info@kopintra.com.

International processing

A manufacturing RFQ concerning China may require technical information to be shared with selected partners in China. Scope and sensitivity should be considered before submission.

Accountable operator

Kopintra Industrial Group B.V.

PartVerity is operated by Kopintra Industrial Group from Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. PartVerity is the public manufacturing-control brand. Supplier factories remain separately qualified manufacturing partners; this page does not represent them as owned facilities.
