Control principles
The website does not promise a universal quality level. The accepted requirement, selected supplier, production route and inspection plan define what evidence a project needs.
Qualification is project-specific. We consider process and equipment fit, material experience, measurement capability, document control, capacity, communication and corrective-action response. Qualified means accepted for a defined scope—not universally approved for every process or industry.
Open control topicWhere included, FAI can contain a ballooned drawing, dimensional results, deviations, material or finish evidence and identified measurement methods. Production release follows the agreed customer disposition.
Open control topicReports are tied to the drawing revision and agreed characteristic list. A sample measurement report is not represented as 100% inspection unless that level is specified in the project scope.
Open control topicContainment, correction, authorised disposition and corrective action remain separate decisions. Changes after release require documented impact review and approval before affected work proceeds.
